From 1981-2019, The Shy rocked all over town for just shy of 40 years and remains one of the longest-tenured acts from Detroit, Michigan.  Their longevity is evident in their discography of nearly 70 original songs over 11 independent releases.  Their music has stood the test of time from the early days of vinyl records and cassette tapes through the compact disc and streaming digital audio.
